At the Church Building

The past several weeks, I have had the privilege of spending several afternoons, and today, working at the church building. As we near completion, there is a lot of cleaning to be done, so I've gone over with Eric. I don't have a lot of time, so I won't write much, but if I don't do this now, I know I won't.

Anthony came. I haven't seen him much lately. He is growing up! He helped the guys put up the stalls in the bathrooms.

The church at night with the security lights on looks cool. I didn't have the 50mm lens at the time and the wind tried to blow me over, so the quality isn't great, but they still look cool.

All of the ceiling tiles are now up, so I had to move one to take pictures.

The guys who put the trim around the doorways did an excellent job, and though they aren't stained yet, it looks much more finished with them up.

Unfortunately, I neglected to verify whether I had put memory chips into my camera bag today, so I didn't take any. A bunch of guys came to put the roof on the pump house, and the flooring on the front part of the platform in the sanctuary was also done. It is bamboo wood, and it looks really nice. I enjoyed watching them lay it. The big yellow machine to clean the floor was tried out as well. The building looks a lot cleaner after the main hall was started being cleaned.
